Abstract

The speaker will present a formula for career success and key considerations for career advancement. The formula will be discussed in the context of what senior leaders look for from effective project managers. Participants will have the opportunity to complete a self - assessment designed to help the project manager leverage a vast professional network. Modern career networking tools, social network analysis, career action plans, and career reinvention create a powerful approach to strategic thinking about career success.
