What is it?
Our chapter is filled with talented project professionals at all stages of their careers. Now, we’re making it easier than ever to learn, grow, and connect. This initiative pairs experienced PMP-certified mentors with eager-to-learn mentees, fostering meaningful relationships that elevate careers, expand networks, and strengthen our chapter.

We always offer 1x1 sessions between a mentor and mentee, and we are expanding our program to include group mentoring. Recent groups have included trusted advisor, small shops, portfolio management, women in leadership, and internal consulting. We will continue to offer both 1x1 and group mentoring.
How It Works
The KIPMI Mentoring Program is structured, intentional, and flexible.
After signing up, participants will be contacted by KIPMI Mentoring Program leadership to discuss goals, interests, experience, and potential areas of involvement within the program.
