About the Event Perhaps the most prevalent question in project management today is which project management methodology is superior, Agile (iterative) or Waterfall (traditional). In this session, Cody Jordan and Curtis Nall will answer this question. SPOILER ALERT: the answer is both. The key is knowing where, when and why each is appropriate. We will use lessons learned in seemingly unrelated disciplines to show the importance of using both, but more importantly, we will describe a principled method in selecting which methodology is most appropriate given the context of the project
