May 16 | Connecting your projects to your strategy: A Balanced Scorecard Approach

About the Event

The May meeting will focus on how to use a Balanced Scorecard and Strategy Map in improving our project management. Our speaker will share how to develop a balance scorecard and strategy map. He will provide us guidance on how to use the strategy map to drive organization alignment and connecting the organization initiatives to the strategy map.

 About the Presenter

Don Hiles is currently the Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Deployment Director for the United States Army’s Recruiting Command.  Don is a Graduate of Bellarmine University’s Masters of Business Administration program and holds other certifications including Balanced Scorecard Master Professional and Prosci Change Management Practitioner.  While employed by Booz, Allen, Hamilton, (BAH) Don co-developed the BAH/George Washington University Graduate Certificate in Change Management where he focused on Project Management/Change Management integration.
