(Full Discount Will Be Applied) Inside KIPMI - Running the Chapter as a Portfolio of Projects It shouldn’t be a surprise that the Board of Directors for the PMI Kentuckiana Chapter runs the organization as a portfolio of projects. Hear from Board members as they take you through the portfolio and project processes used in each area as examples. This presentation will take you from annual planning to determine goals and objectives for chapter services, to collaboration on the annual budget, to metrics and measures set to gauge benefits delivered, and projects run for each event held. And finally, our president will bring it all together with project closure and talk lessons learned. If you have ever considered running for a position on the Board, or maybe you are just interested in knowing more, here is a chance for you to ask about things you’ve always wanted to know about how the Board operates and what your role could be as we work together to advance the PM profession.
