[In -Person] Educational Workshop 10 - Claude Code for Project Managers II: MCP Connections to Monday.com

Ways of Working

Workshop Description

Your Monday.com board holds the truth: status, timelines, owners, blockers. But keeping it current is manual work—scanning emails, extracting updates from meetings, copying data across sheets. Both Claude Code and ChatGPT now support Model Context Protocol (MCP), changing that equation. In this hands-on workshop, you'll wire AI to your Monday.com workspace, building automated workflows that extract data from project artifacts, enrich your Monday board without typing, and trigger actions based on what the AI learns. You'll work in the platform that fits your setup and team—Claude Code (via Claude Desktop) or ChatGPT (via OpenAI's MCP integrations)—and by the end of the session, you'll have a live connector running locally on your machine and two repeatable patterns you can adapt to your team's exact workflow.
