[In Person] - October Chapter Event: The Project Didn't Fail. People Gave Up: Building Resilience When Projects Get Tough.

Power Skills

Projects, like life, rarely unfold as planned. Priorities shift, deadlines tighten, and life happens. Even strong, focused, experienced professionals can become frustrated, discouraged, or disengaged when things get tough. The Project Didn't Fail. People Gave Up: Building Resilience When Projects Get Tough explores the human side of navigating difficult projects and how resilience keeps people engaged when challenges arise.

What You’ll Learn:

  1. Recognize common responses to project challenges and how they can affect progress.
  2. Understand resilience as becoming more comfortable with discomfort and learning to “handle hard” more effectively.
  3. Learn to use the four phases of Awareness, Alignment, Action, and Accountability to navigate challenges and setbacks.
  4. Identify practical ways to stay engaged and move forward when frustration or discouragement sets in.
