[In -Person] Educational Workshop 9 - Claude Code for Project Managers
Workshop Description
This workshop introduces Claude Code — Anthropic’s agentic, file-and-folder-native AI tool — as the next step beyond the chat-based prompting and standing AI “Projects” covered earlier in this series. Where Parts I and II worked one prompt or one persistent conversation at a time, Claude Code works directly inside a real folder of files on your computer (or through the browser or desktop app): it reads your documents, follows plain-English instructions, batch-processes many files at once, connects to tools you already use — Jira, Slack, Google Drive — and can run itself on a recurring schedule.
This is a hands-on introduction, not a coding class. Participants will not write code. The goal is the same habit built across the whole series — describe the outcome you want in plain English, let the tool handle the technical steps, then review and refine what it produces — applied to a new, more powerful surface.
Where This Fits in the Series
This session closes out the arc that began with foundational AI literacy and moved through prompting, single-prompt patterns, and chained AI workflows. Each step has raised the ceiling on what one plain-English instruction can do; Claude Code raises it again by moving the work off the chat screen and onto your actual project files.
