Project managers are entering a new era where AI agents can automate tasks, accelerate analysis, and amplify decision‑making—without requiring anyone to become a developer. Vibe coding is the lightweight, confidence‑building approach to automation that helps project managers design scripts, dashboards, templates, workflows, and reports using natural language and intuitive prompting. Building on earlier sessions where participants learned to become “the most supercharged AI version of yourself” and to “think like a prompted project manager,” this workshop shows how to turn AI into a practical, everyday co‑pilot for project delivery.
Through hands‑on examples, live demos, and guided practice, participants will learn how to make AI agents work for them—starting with simple vibe coding patterns and progressing toward more advanced automations that streamline planning, communication, and reporting. This session is part of KIPMI’s 2026 AI series and continues the journey of helping project managers move faster, reduce cognitive load, and unlock new levels of productivity.
1) Understand vibe coding — Define vibe coding as a lightweight, no‑fear automation approach that uses natural language to generate scripts, dashboards, templates, workflows, and reports.
2) Use AI as a digital co‑pilot — Identify where AI agents can support planning, risk analysis, communication, and stakeholder management across the project life cycle.
3) Apply prompt engineering patterns — Translate ambiguous goals and constraints into clear instructions that AI agents can execute, building on the meta‑skill introduced in earlier workshops.
