[In Person] - July Chapter Event: Partnering with Your IT Business Analyst

Ways of Working

Have you ever wondered about what happens once a project is passed onto your IT teams? This session will introduce you to the role of an IT Business Analyst and the value they bring to organizations. By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of how they contribute to successful projects by bridging the gaps between business needs and technology solutions through requirement gathering, documentation, tracking work, analyzing processes, and supporting effective decision-making.

Attendees will walk away understanding:

-What is an IT Business Analyst, what they do, and tools for success

-The importance of clear and effective communication

-The power of asking "why" to get to the root cause of business requests, instead of just documenting surface-level features
