Project managers already orchestrate complexity—this workshop shows how to supercharge that capability by designing AI as a thinking partner. Join KIPMI leaders and special guests for interactive workshop on how to become the most supercharged AI version of yourself. Topics, case studies, and live demos will be used to kick off KIPMI's 2026 spring and summer AI series.
Topics include:
- Thinking Like a Prompted Project Manager. We'll use prompt engineering as a professional meta skill.
- Positioning AI as a Digital Co-pilot Across the Project Life Cycle. We'll review AI and automations in Monday.com.
- Vibe Coding for Project Managers. We'll introduce “vibe coding” as lightweight, no‑fear automation—using AI to create scripts, dashboards, templates, workflows, and reports without being a developer.
- How to Design Your AI Life. We'll review future and current use cases about how to use AI in retirement, health and entrepreneurship.
Each topic will become a two-hour workshop or session during the 2026 Professional Development Day.

Daro Mott, Farm Credit Mid-America
VP of Education
Daro Mott is a passionate facilitator, experienced instructor, and advocate of using business tools in a personal setting. He is deeply engaged in the community and has facilitated more than 100 workshops in his career. Daro helps KIPMI with planning chapter events and educational workshops. He is engaged with an international community of internal management consultants. He wants to share easy-to-apply tools with anyone willing to turn reflection into actionable insights. He has been blessed with working professionally and learning at the University of Louisville, Harvard, Yale and Wharton School of Business. His facilitation style is engaging, high-energy, and fun. Dan Germak, Samtec
VP of Membership
Dan is an experienced Project Manager who has managed Corporate Compliance and Engineering Projects in a Point, Fire, Aim environment for more than 6 years. These projects include the creation of new corporate programs that were implemented globally, data processing, and new product development. Dan’s time in the military and the manufacturing industry has helped him identify his passion for building effective teams, finding efficiencies through process improvement, and empowering others to continuously grow personally and professionally. He earned a bachelor’s degree in HR and management from Indiana University Southeast, is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a PROSCI certified change practitioner. Dan is currently serving as the V.P. of Membership for KIPMI and, in 2025, built a mentorship program and plans to continue building meaningful programs to help advance the art and science of project management.
