[In Person] - April Chapter Event: Power of the Pivot - Growing through Uncertainty and the Unexpected

Power Skills

Life's most transformative moments often are unexpected. By practicing being open, intentional, and seeking connection Adrienne turned a time of uncertainty into a time of personal and professional growth. The unexpected can become a doorway to a more meaningful path...a pivot.

In this presentation, Adrienne will share the practices that helped her turn career disruption into a plan and transform uncertainty and stress into forward motion. If you are looking for a job or know someone that is, this is the talk for you. The goal for the audience is to walk away with tools to navigate unexpected turning points with confidence, reimagine what's possible, and step into a future where you’re not just surviving change, but thriving because if it.

Learning objectives:

  1. Identify practical tools to build a more empowered and intentional future after unexpected career disruption.
  2. Learn how to refocus your mindset to transform networking from a taxing and burdensome activity into meaningful and energizing connection.
