The purpose of this workshop is to understand what the adaptability quotient (AQ) is and why it is emerging as a critical competency for project managers. The workshop will compare and contrast AQ to the more well known IQ and emotional quotient. Attendees will explore pratical ways to strengthen adaptability as individual project leaders and as a leaders of project teams.
Project environments today are defined by rapid change - technological shifts, organizational restructuring, new tools, evolving and stakeholder needs. PMs who adapt quickly are more effective leaders and deliver better outcomes.
