Dr. Steve Pollock
Senior Program Manager
Dr. Steve Pollock’s passion and purpose is to share simple, effective team-building and problem-solving tools. Currently, a Senior Program Manager at Farm Credit Mid-America (FCMA) and Adjunct Business Instructor at Indiana Wesleyan University, Steve is a trusted resource for continuous improvement projects and lifelong learning. Certifications include PgMP, ACP, PMP, SSMBB, CECM, and ASQ Fellow. Steve is the current KIPMI President, Co-Director of Mentoring with Maria Morris, and co-author with Daro Mott (KIPMI VP Programs) of coaching Green Belts for Sustainable Success (ASQ Press, 2015). Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, camping, gardening, serving in his church, and reading.

Maria Morris is an experienced program and project leader recognized for driving organizational efficiency, aligning strategic initiatives, and delivering high‑impact results. She is deeply committed to education, mentoring, and empowering others, with a passion for helping people grow into the professionals they aspire to be.
With a strong foundation in project management and cross‑functional coordination, Maria excels at translating complex ideas into clear, actionable plans that advance both short‑term needs and long‑range organizational goals.
In her current role as a Program Manager on the Process Improvement and Execution Team, Maria leads broader initiatives, optimizes workstreams, and builds cohesive program strategies that strengthen organizational performance.
She is driven by a commitment to elevating others, fostering continuous improvement, and enabling teams to collaborate effectively so they can deliver their best work.
