Donald Gray
Program Manager
Donald’s project management career began during his service in the United States Army where he successfully led large scale projects supporting mission-critical operations. After retiring from the military in 2021, he transitioned to the private sector and continued to build his project management expertise with Tiber Creek Consulting.
He has since supported major federal initiatives, including the Department of Homeland Security contract and National Guard. His work across these engagements reflects deep experience in coordinating complex efforts, managing diverse stakeholders, and delivering results in high stakes environments.
As part of a small business with just over 200 employees, he brings firsthand insight into the realities of “small shop” project management. His blended background—military leadership, federal contract delivery, and small business project management—adds a valuable perspective to the discussion for scaling PMBOK for small organizations.
