Abstract
Project management ain’t easy. Not only do project managers have to know how to successfully see a project through its life cycle; they must also know how to motivate people – sometimes complete strangers – over whom they have no formal authority to get all the right work done on time and within budget. Winning with people and getting projects over the finish line takes both guts and humility. In this presentation, Amanda will share stories of how she has won (and lost) with people at small, midsize, and large companies.
