Abstract
In her keynote, Parmjit takes audiences through an inspiring tale of how she used Project Management Principles and Methodologies to manage a series of health events in her personal life. It is through this journey as well as her professional one that Parmjit refined her communication techniques and learned to lead with both strength & empathy, wholeheartedly believing that the way we serve and work with our teams directly correlates to how they perform.

Parmjit is a globally certified, multilingual Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She is currently President of the Project Management Institute's Southern Nevada Chapter in Las Vegas. Parmjit is an international speaker as well as a coach, consultant, and advisor who is widely regarded for her engaging, high-energy presentations and trainings centered around Communication, Project Management, and Resiliency (CPR).
Having lived in multiple countries and multiple U.S. states, Parmjit weaves her life experiences and project management together, delivering a compelling tale of overcoming challenges and celebrating victories, and her practical strategies can be applied both personally and professionally!
Parmjit has presented to organizations across the world including PMI UK, PMI Poland, and PMI Amsterdam Chapters and has been a guest speaker at various venues, including the PA eHealth Initiative Conference: Crossing the Infrastructure & HITECH Meaningful Divide, the TUMHAA Annual Conference: Putting Healthcare Information to Work for Providers, Patients and Payers, and the NJ-HITEC MUVers Celebration, and the Health 2.0 Conference in Las Vegas and has been featured in the Medical Society of NJ's 2011 Winter Edition.
