Topic: Change As An Inside Job

Abstract

We will discuss mindfulness and inner perspective and draw parallels to the human sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. We will get a glimpse of the threads of similarities of how these governance structures work within humans, and companies alike. From this perspective, we will talk about the failure of change initiatives within companies and offer insight on the impact mindfulness can bring to people and companies who are navigating constant cycles of change.

Kelly Kammerad

Kelly has served at the executive level in pharma, biotech, medical device, tech in operational excellence and Quality Assurance. She has provided design transfer and advanced manufacturing support for orthopedic (spine) and cardiac (device and SaMD) as well as design to launch for military projects in heavy industry. Her focus is on end-to-end optimizations in global organizations.

Kelly provides a faceted perspective and offers thought leadership for road maps, programs, or processes necessary for launch of compliant life science company global optimizations.
