Oct. 18th Chapter Luncheon - Leadership Qualities of Successful PMs

About the Event

Effective management of projects or multiple project programs requires management skills and the utilization of numerous tools in areas of scoping, scheduling, progress tracking, accounting, reporting and presenting. These skills in large part can be taught and implemented by many; however, to excel in managing large projects or programs of multiple projects requires leadership that some say can be taught and others say is an art that can be honed.  Scott will share his thoughts on what leadership qualities make a successful project leader, along with some specific suggestions or examples for each quality.
