Everyone Communicates Few Connect - World-renowned leadership expert John C. Maxwell says if you want to succeed, you must learn how to connect with people. As project managers we connect with a diverse audience each day.  And while it may seem like some folks are just born with it, the fact is anyone can learn how to make every communication an opportunity for a powerful connection. In Everyone Communicates, Few Connect, Catrina will share the Five Principles and Practices to develop the crucial skill of connecting that we can apply to our project management toolkit.

About Our Presenter, Catrina Chambers

"I have worked as a professional in Corporate America for the past 17 years.  As a PMP certified project manager, I currently work as a Business PM in the Finance Shared Services organization at Humana.  I work closely with my IT counterparts to mainly develop IT projects.  The majority of my professional career has been in Information Technology.  I have worked as both an Analyst and a Consultant in IT.  As well as on multiple Agile projects as either a Scrum Master or a Product Owner.

I am also a Certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer with the John Maxwell Leadership Team.  I enjoy raising leadership lids by offering workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding with personal and professional growth.  Working together, I will move you and/or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.  In addition, I work one-on-one with clients to help them identify and develop their strengths."
