PMI Kentuckiana Board is governed by a Board comprised of member-elected President and Vice Presidents who serve two-year terms.
Charles Snyder, PMP
Charles has been a participant, member, and some time officer of the Kentuckiana PMI since 1999. He joined PMI in the late 1990s and immediately started studying for the Project Management Professional (PMP). Later Charles had the great opportunity to join Humana on the ground floor of their new IT Project Management Office. There he managed a variety of IT projects related to health and dental insurance. Later he transitioned to work within the Internal Audit department at Humana, where he was able to build his technical and business skills to a point where the best growth opportunity was to move into the world of public accounting and management consulting. Charles is now employed at Computer Aid Inc. as a Senior Manager Cybersecurity.
Jamique Washington, MBA
Jamique is a Kentucky native with a MBA in Project Management from IWU and a BBA and BS from University of Kentucky. She has been with Humana for nine years, and her current role is as a Project Manager for Author by Humana. She has facilitated a leadership symposium and been a keynote speaker for her organization's Inclusion & Diversity Day, speaking on taking accountability for your professional development, intentional networking and bridging the knowledge/experience gaps to where you want to be. She has also served in several roles, including President, since 2012 for JCPS PTA. Jamique's desire is to bring fresh perspective, a willingness to learn, collaborate, and facilitate and a positive attitude.
Nadareca Thibeaux, PMP
Nadareca Thibeaux has over twenty years of project management experience implementing large, system wide projects and strategic initiatives for Norton Healthcare, Inc. She has been with Norton Healthcare, Inc. for over twenty years and held several leadership roles in several departments including Patient Access, Program Management Office, Information Systems, Design and Construction, and most currently, in Clinical Effectiveness & Quality Management. Nadareca has a Bachelors in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration. She is a member of the Project Management Institute, and the Kentuckiana PMI chapter. She is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP®).
Ellyce Patton is the Director of Operations at the University of Louisville, in the Department of Neurological Surgery. She is a highly analytical and performance-driven professional with extensive experience in operations planning and management. Proven track record of developing and introducing changes to organizational procedures for continuous process and performance improvement. Adept at establishing and recommending leading-edge solutions to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness. Repeated success in delivering effective leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
Steve Bernheisel, PMP
Steve Bernheisel is the Manager of Financial Systems at Ventas, a multinational commercial real estate investment trust headquartered in Chicago, as well as the 2022 VP-Elect of Finance for the Kentuckiana Chapter of the PMI. In his professional role, Steve administers Ventas’s finance and accounting systems, and manages related accounting projects. He has been a member of both the PMI and KIPMI since 2013, and obtained his PMP in 2018. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Boston University.
Heather Doucette, MFA
Heather Doucette is Project Manager at Silva Brand and a freelance Graphic Designer. A native of California, and U.S. Coast Guard veteran, Heather has worked with many leading creative agencies such a Dazz Media, Implementation Management Partners, and Creadio. In 2018, she graduated with an MFA in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco. Heather loves to share her design knowledge and exploring new ways of visually communicating ideas.
Shannon Elmore, PMP
Shannon has spent the last ten years at Appriss learning the ins and outs of Information Technology. She is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network and applications, project management, and has recently ventured into the world of ITIL and CMDB management. Shannon is now a CMDB Analyst for Bamboo Health.
Brook Jenkins, PMP
Brook Jenkins is an Account Executive with Flexential who is passionate about helping customers maximize their investment in cloud, colocation and security services. With over 35 years as an IT professional, Brook worked in all aspects of IT including application support, email and server administration, help desk support, network and security monitoring and technical training. Her devotion to continuous improvement and process development led her to certifications in ITIL, Project Management, SCRUM Master and Lean 6 Sigma Greenbelt. She led project teams in ERP deployments, network upgrades, server virtualization and security vulnerability mitigation. As an Account Executive, Brook uses her past experiences to guide customers in the selection and implementation of technology services which increase productivity, reduce costs, eliminate risks, and solve business problems. Brook taught Help Desk Certification and ITIL Certification in the IT Academy at Sullivan University in Louisville Kentucky. She was a founding member and served on the board of the Louisville Kentuckiana Support Forum, a local HDI chapter and served on the Louisville KIPMI chapter board from 2014-2017 as Director of Education.
Matt Bischoff, PMP
Matt's journey in Project Management started during a Bellarmine MBA program class and he earned his PMP in September 2020. Currently, Matt acts as a Digital Transformation Analyst for Schneider Electric Energy & Sustainability Services where his focus is on technology projects for their global operations teams. These projects are focused on transforming current processes into digital platforms to provide team members more information on their overall workload and task completion allowing management more insights into daily operations.
Lawrence Williams, PMP
Lawrence Williams has PhD in Information Technology, an MBA in Project Management, and a PMP Certification. Presently, he is the Founder and CEO of e-Telligentz, a full-service Black IT consulting firm. His career consist of over 28 years of experience in CIO/CTO for AT&T/Lucent Technologies, a start-up pharmaceutical research organization, a regional hospital, Bridgestone Tire, and Simmons College of Kentucky.
