PMI Kentuckiana Board is governed by a Board comprised of member-elected President and Vice Presidents who serve two-year terms.
Jessica Radcliffe, PMP
Jessica Radcliffe has been with Appriss since 2008 and has worked in various capacities throughout the organization. She currently serves as a product manager, collaborating with software engineers, system implementation analysts, and management teams to define processes and gather technical specifications to enhance current products or build out new solutions.
Curtis Nall, PMP
Curtis Nall has 15 years of project management experience leading projects in engineering, business, and healthcare. He has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Chapter as VP of Membership and remains an active member and contributor. He is excited about the prospect of being able to continue to serve the training, networking, and professional development needs of local PM’s and PMO’s.
Mark Murphy, CSM
Mark Murphy is a Program Manager with Republic Bank & Trust. He is a certified ScrumMaster, with over 25 years of experience in software product development and management, and extensive experience as a program and project manager. He is passionate about software quality, user experience, and user satisfaction, and an advocate for automation and process improvement.
Barney Edwards, PMP
Barney Edwards is a project manager at Republic Bank and Trust. He is responsible for keeping projects and teams on track. He has also served as VP of Communications for the Chapter from 2019-2020.
Jenna Cowley, PMP
Jenna Cowley has been with Republic Bank & Trust for over 14 years and is presently managing the PMO. In addition to Project Management duties, she also heads up the Project Governance Committee with executive leaders at Republic Bank and administers the bank’s CA Project and Portfolio Management software solution. She has also served as VP of Web integration for the Chapter from 2018-2020.
Ashley Smith, PMP
Ashley Smith is a Facilities Operations Manager at Republic Bank & Trust, where she has worked for 13 years. Her professional experience ranges from managing software implementations to office space renovations & remodels. She has also served as the Chapter’s Director of Elections and Director of Web Integration in 2019.
Steve Bernheisel, PMP
Steve Bernheisel is the senior financial systems administrator at Ventas, a multinational commercial real estate investment trust headquartered in Chicago. He administers the company’s finance and accounting ERP system and manages related accounting projects
Shannon Elmore, PMP
Shannon Elmore has spent the last nine years at Appriss learning the ins and outs of information technology. She is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network and applications, project management, and will soon venture into the world of ITIL and CMDB management.
Sharron Frohner, PMP
Sharron Frohner is a professional instructor and coach with decades of experience in project, program & portfolio management in multi-cultural global arenas. She has worked for international companies like World Wide Technologies, Citibank, Sun Microsystems, Alcatel-Lucent and GTE managing strategic portfolio, programs and projects.
Monica Haywood, PMP
Monica Haywood, Assistant Vice President in Information Technology at Fifth Third Bank, is responsible for organizing and delivering on key initiatives aligned with the strategic direction of the organization. She is a Technology Leader with over 10 years of service delivering monumental Fortune 500 relationship and technology solutions. She also has over 10 years’ experience as an Adjunct Professor, and is currently a Professor at Indiana Wesleyan University, teaching a range of Project Management and Quality courses.
Charles Snyder, PMP
Charles Snyder has more than 20 years of technology project management, consulting, and internal audit experience. His expertise includes cybersecurity risk analysis, systems development life cycle and change management, project management, business continuity management, disaster recovery, quality assurance, and IT governance.
