PMI Kentuckiana Board is governed by a Board comprised of member-elected President and Vice Presidents who serve two-year terms.
Monica Martinson, MBA, PMP
Jessica Radcliffe has been with Appriss since 2008 and has worked in various capacities throughout the organization. She has experience managing large scale statewide initiatives ranging from the implementation of a data exchange project with South Carolina's 7th Judicial Circuit's case management system to the migration of Michigan's Prescription Monitoring Program from in-house to the Appriss' PMP AWARxE platform, a national prescription monitoring product used by over 42 states and territories.
Jessica recently joined the Product Management Victim Services team in May 2018 as a Business Analyst (BA). In her role as a BA, she collaborates with product managers, software engineers, system implementation analysts, and management teams to define processes and gather technical specifications to enhance current products as well as build out new solutions.
She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio with a master's degree in Criminal Justice. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mark Murphy is a Program Manager with Republic Bank & Trust. He is a certified ScrumMaster, with over 25 years of experience in software product development and management, and extensive experience as a program and project manager. He is passionate about software quality, user experience, and user satisfaction, and an advocate for automation and process improvement. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems.
Ashley Smith is a Facilities Project Manager at Republic Bank & Trust, where she has worked for 12 years. She has been a Kentuckiana PMI Chapter member for 5 years, and has volunteered with the chapter by running the election process for the 2020 board election and as a director helping with web integration in 2019. Her professional experience ranges from managing software implementations to office space renovations & remodels. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from UofL and has maintained her PMP certification since 2015. She enjoys learning new skills and is always looking for ways to grow both professionally and personally. When she isn’t working, Ashley enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
