Abstract

Join us in-person at the Louisville Zoo’s African Outpost. A speaker from the Zoo will present on one of their upcoming development projects. The Louisville Zoo is a non-profit organization and is home to more than 1,100 animals housed in a wide variety of habitats. In addition, the Zoo is active in multiple conservation programs including the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International, the International Elephant Foundation, the Polar Bears International, and the Wildlife Conservation Society.

The African Outpost is located inside the Zoo and features an authentic thatched roof as well as African masks, sculptures, and carvings.
